MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER

I grew up in the midwest but fell in love with the mountains upon my first visit out West. Alpine lakes and meadows, rugged snowy peaks and endless seas of pine trees all pulled me in. Photography was a natural extension of my appreciation of the natural beauty of the mountains and became a new passion of mine. Landscape photography is addictive; the never-ending quest to get that perfect sunset in a location you've been trying at for months. Will it work out tonight or not? The only way to know is to get out there. Spending a quiet evening in the middle of nowhere, not a soul around for miles, watching the sun go down over a picturesque landscape is how every night should be spent, I think!
